Join us on November 18th @ 11:30 am for the last of the ACMP/ICF Texas Speaker Series.

This event will focus on conversations between a change leader, an executive leader and an internal coach on how they work together to lead the organization and work together to move the organization in a moderated panel.

Speaker Bio:

Dr. Chinyere “ChiChi” Anyanwu is the Director of Organizational Development & Culture at CPS Energy. In this role, she oversees Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Experience and People Analytics. She works directly with the CPS Energy C-Suite to establish culture and set the path to a learning organization through development and an environment of continuous learning.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware, a Master’s in Management of Technology from UTSA, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from University of the Incarnate Word.
Dr. Anyanwu is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an OD professional, an adjunct professor at University of the Incarnate Word, and a Certified Professional Coach. She is passionate about coaching and developing talent and is committed to individual and organizational growth.

Outside of work, Dr. Anyanwu enjoys connecting with people, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and traveling.

Diane Brennan, DBH, MBA serves as Assistant Vice President within the Division of Human Resources at the University of Arizona. She is passionate about strengthening leaders and teams to create a culture where people and organizations thrive. Prior to joining the University, she was president of Brennan Associates, a coaching and consulting company working with leaders and teams in higher education, healthcare, aerospace, engineering, and technology organizations internationally. Additionally, she brings over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in private and publicly traded healthcare organizations.

Dr. Brennan received a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. She holds the Master Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation, and served as president of the global organization in 2008. She is co-author of Back Pocket Coach: 33 Effective Communication Strategies for Work & Life, and co-editor of The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching: From Theory to Practice and The Philosophy and Practice of Coaching: Issues and Insights for a New Era.

Susan Franzen is Managing Partner for PatternShifts, LLC and Vice President of Strategy and Leadership for AXIOM Learning Solutions where she works with client organizations to define and clarify organizational strategy, align learning initiatives to strategy, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Before joining AXIOM, she served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Organizational Effectiveness at The University of Texas System where she led the broadest and deepest organizational assessment in the history of the System. Susan was promoted to AVC from Director, Shared Services Innovations, a change management and training role for multi-institutional projects like enterprise resource planning implementation and redesigning medical curriculum for the Transformations in Medical Education (TIME) initiative. Prior to that, she served as Director, Leadership Institute where her programs achieved an average 91 percent effectiveness rating.

Before joining UT, Susan was the founder and president of LifeU, Inc., a national leadership and organizational development consulting firm with offices in Chicago, Boston and Austin, where she spent over 20 years consulting with clients on change management and performance improvement.

MODERATOR BIO:

David Bell has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in sales development, leadership, training and coaching. He is an SVP, Performance Development Consultant, at Amegy Bank. David obtained a BBA in General Business from the University of Texas at Austin. David is a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

He has served on the Board of Directors and as Past President for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Houston Chapter. David originally began his Toastmasters journey in 1989.  He is a current member and Past President of the Talking Bull Toastmasters, a Sponsor and Charter Member of A+ Toastmasters, and is a former Division Director and Area Director for Toastmasters International.  David is also a current member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Houston Chapter. Outside of work, David enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, and volunteering.
