In the pandemic and post pandemic era, the demand for professional coaching has grown significantly. With an increased demand for purpose, self awareness, and wellbeing, coaching can make a significant impact at the individual level by bringing the humanity in all of us to the forefront. This is turn has a ripple effect on performance and sustained growth in organizations, communities, and society at large.

Join Catherine Tanneau and Kaveh Mir, two experienced coaches, authors, public speakers, and officers on the ICF Global Board for Professional Coaches, in a conversation around the relevance and return of experience of the coaching profession in the digital age.

Speakers:
Catherine Tanneau, MCC, is the current Chair of the Global Board of ICF Professional Coaches and past president of ICF France. She sits on several other boards and committees, and is the co-founder of a digital platform, a published author, and public speaker. Catherine believes in the power of creative vision and human potential. Having spent more than 16 years abroad, Catherine is multicultural and fluent in four languages. She is based between Paris and Estonia, and works in 3 continents regularly. Her main coaching specialties are: executive coaching, digital transformation and governance.

Kaveh Mir, PCC, is the current Director of Strategic Initiatives of the Global Board of ICF Professional Coaches. In his role as executive coach, Kaveh partners with executives to help them improve their team’s skills, performance and development, and he achieves this through utilizing Positive Behavioral Change, Positive Psychology, and evidence based Coaching Psychology. Before starting his career, Kaveh founded a technology startup firm and led a successful company buyout. Kaveh is also the author of the book Wars at Work: An Action Guide for Resolving Workplace Battles.
