Speaker Bio:

Vickie Silvas, M.Ed., MPAS, PA-C, CHWC, is a wellness coach and the founder of Healthier in Nature Wellness Coaching Company. Healthier in Nature LLC, came about from her passion of helping others achieve their optimal wellness and her love of the great outdoors. After 10 years of practicing in family medicine as a physician assistant, Vickie decided to pursue what she enjoyed most about health care, the preventative and integrative services that address the whole person: mind, body and spirit. She became interested in health coaching and obtained a Health and Wellness Coaching Certification through the Real Balance Global Wellness Coaching program. As a healthcare provider and wellness coach, Vickie understands the unique stressors that come with practicing medicine and truly enjoys working with healthcare professionals to achieve a fulfilling work/ life balance and optimal well-being for their most important patient, themselves. Vickie considers it a great privilege to journey alongside her clients as they discover their best way forward to practicing excellence and becoming healthy and whole for life!
