As founder and president of The Academies, Inc., her brain-friendly approach to coaching stems from a fascination with applied positive psychology, neuroscience, and the biology of behavior change.
Susan holds coaching credentials as a PCC (International Coaching Federation) and Master Certified NeuroPositive Coach (Applied Neuroscience Institute), and is the author of seven books on career management.
