In the current circumstances and societal changes we are living, where the status quo is no longer sustainable, it is more important than ever to become innovative in the way we work and live. How do we reinvent ourselves as coaches while adapting to a new normal and new demands?

In this mastermind, Martha Tween, PCC, SPHR, MA in OD, will walk participants through several exercises to develop their creativity. By learning how to use our deliberate and spontaneous circuits, even those who don’t see themselves as creative will develop their creative potential.

Takeaways:

  • Understand how the brain communicates with itself
  • Brain geography basics
  • The deliberate and spontaneous pathways
  • The creative process

Participants will learn and contribute to the conversation. They will have an opportunity to apply this knowledge to their coaching practice, design their new normal, and respond creatively to this VUCA environment.
