A practical, action-oriented workshop for coaches who want to grow their business without relying on hype, pressure, or constant social media marketing.
Many coaches get stuck trying to figure out their “perfect niche” before confidently growing their business. In this interactive workshop, Mary Cravets will help coaches move beyond niche analysis paralysis and focus on practical, relationship-driven strategies that attract high-quality clients authentically.

Together, we’ll explore:

What a niche actually is (and common misconceptions around it)
Alternative approaches to positioning your coaching business
Practical client attraction strategies that feel genuine and sustainable
How to move from overthinking into action-oriented growth

This session includes hands-on exercises, guided reflection, practical tools, and live Q&A designed to help coaches strengthen confidence in both their marketing and their ability to create meaningful impact through their work.

Whether you are a new coach building momentum or an experienced coach looking for a more aligned approach to client generation, this workshop will provide actionable insights you can begin applying immediately.

Mary Cravets

Mary Cravets is an award-winning Client Generation Expert and International Speaker who helps coaches grow their businesses without social media.

She’s heard ALL the confusing and conflicting advice out there - so she isn’t surprised that most coaches struggle to establish a sustainable business. But she’s here to change that.

Using her methods, the majority of Mary’s clients quickly increase their businesses 50% or more. Clients range from new coaches in their first few years of business to more experienced coaches who are focused on scaling.
