Leveraging the Power of Coaching & Change Management to Navigate Disruption Change: Re-Opening after COVID-19

The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) have been proactively exploring the numerous synergies between change management and coaching, particularly the power of coaching in organizational change initiatives. For this exploration, the ACMP and ICF formed a task force – one of the results of this task force is this panel series, Leveraging Coaching & Change Management to Navigate Disruption.

This webinar will take place on May 19, 2021, at 12 noon (New York) on the topic of Re-Opening after COVID-19. Expert practitioners in change management and coaching will share how they are supporting organizations to pivot to virtual, re-open offices, or embrace a new hybrid approach and how they support employees and leaders to address physical and psychological safety and adapt to the new way(s) of working.

Wednesday, May 19, all day - Serving our military community through pro-bono coaching

Launching of D.R.I.V.E. Transition Pro-Bono Coaching sign up for the orientation session (see below)

Starting on May 19, ICF San Antonio will increase its community support through pro-bono coaching by assisting young adults who have been disqualified from Air Force boot camp due to physical or mental conditions.

Because many of them possess a degree, are fluent in a language other than English, or are equipped with on-demand skills,  they can join the D.R.I.V.E. program. This program is designed to transform these young men and women with unique sets of skills into viable civil service applicants, thereby keeping the talent within the Department of Defense. Unfortunately, not all youth qualify for civil service and will need additional support to make important decisions regarding their future.

ICF San Antonio’s D.R.I.V.E. Transition Pro-Bono Coaching will transform these young people’s lives by helping them develop goals, access resources that they may find difficult to navigate, increase their level of self-confidence, and take the necessary steps toward planning a path from their current reality to what’s possible in their future.
